About us

996.monster is a small Malaysian shop selling pre-prepared game accounts. We sell in two places at the same price: our Shopee shop, and our own site. This page belongs to the Shopee side — it does one job, which is to hand over what you already bought there.

Why not just send it in chat?

Because a password in a chat log stays there. Shopee keeps message history for both sides indefinitely, and anyone who later gets into either account can read it. Handing it over here means it is shown once, to you, and deleted as soon as you say the account is yours.

It also means delivery is provable. When you press the button we record the moment — which protects you as much as it protects us if an order is ever disputed.

What we will not claim

Transferring a game account is against most games’ terms of service, and an account can in principle be actioned for it. We are not going to bury that. What we do about it: nothing is listed that has not been checked, and if something goes wrong you message us on Shopee and it is sorted out under Shopee’s own buyer protection.

We have no relationship with any game publisher, and do not pretend to.

Getting hold of us

Shopee chat, with your order number. It is read by a person, usually within a few hours, and it already proves the order is yours — which is why we do not ask you to email us instead.
