What this site is

This site exists so buyers can collect an item they have already purchased from 996.monster on Shopee. Nothing is sold here, and no payment is taken here.

The sale itself, and everything that follows from it, is governed by Shopee’s terms and buyer protection.

We also sell the same accounts on our own site, under the same name and at the same price. Those sales are governed by the terms published there instead. Which set applies is decided by where you paid, not by which of our pages you are reading.

Collecting your order

Your Shopee order number is what identifies you. Keep it to yourself — anyone who has it can collect the account, in the same way anyone holding a parcel slip can collect a parcel.

An account is revealed once. We record the date, time, IP address and device at that moment, and keep that record as proof of delivery.

How long we keep your login

We keep it readable for 30 days from the moment you first reveal it, so you can look it up again if you need to. After that we delete it.

If you confirm on the collection page that the account is secured, we delete it immediately instead. Doing that as soon as you have changed the password and the linked email is the recommendation.

Your responsibility

Change the password and the linked email as soon as you collect the account. Until you do, the login has been seen by more than one person, and we cannot be responsible for an account that was never secured.

If something is wrong

Message us in Shopee chat with your order number. Refunds, returns and disputes run through Shopee, because that is where you paid and where your protection lives. Orders placed on our own site are refunded there instead, under the terms published on it — which set applies is decided by where you paid.
